Aum
CO-FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Aum is the co-founder and head coach at Koh Samui Training Camp. As a breakdancer and professional dancer, he’s been physically active for more than 13 years. He started dancing part-time during college, and began practicing CrossFit in 2015, then coaching CrossFit in 2016.

Fitness is Aum’s passion. In wanting to reach his own highest physical and mental capacity, he’s constantly learning and improving with each new day. He wants to share his learnings with as many people as possible.
